Basics

Getting started

Set up your account, understand workspaces and campaigns, and get from sign-up to your first published page.

Hooklander turns an offer into an editable affiliate page: you pick a format and template, describe the offer, the AI writes the copy, and you edit and publish. This article covers the setup and the vocabulary you’ll see in the app.

Click New page, paste your offer link (or a few lines about the product) into the box, pick the page type and click Build my page. We read the product details, pick a layout and write the page, and the editor opens while it’s written. You can also start from the box on our home page: your description carries through signup and the page is built straight after. Create your first page covers both ways in detail.

Create your account

Start your free trial with your email address. You get 5 AI pages free for 7 days, and no card is needed. The trial also includes 60 AI section edits and 1 published page. Trial allowances cover the whole trial; paid plans reset monthly.

We’ll send you a confirmation email. Confirm your address before you publish — publishing is switched off for unconfirmed accounts so nobody can put pages live in your name.

How your account is organized

  • Workspace — your private space. Pages, offers, media, domains, leads and billing all belong to a workspace. Team plans can invite other members.
  • Campaigns — folders for pages. Use one per offer, traffic source or client, whatever matches how you work.
  • Pages — one URL each. A page has at least one variation (used for split tests), and each variation has its own draft.
  • Offers — saved product details (name, benefits, price, terms, your affiliate link). Reuse them across pages so you never retype facts.
  • Brand kits — colors, fonts and logo you can apply to new pages.

The basic workflow

  1. Create a page. Choose a format (advertorial, presell, bridge and so on) and a template. See Create your first page.
  2. Describe the offer. Paste the offer link to read the product details, or enter them yourself. Then describe the audience, angle and tone. See Writing a brief that gets good copy.
  3. Generate and edit. The AI fills every section. Anything it couldn’t confirm from your facts shows as a placeholder like [ADD: price]. Edit text in place, swap images, lock sections you’re happy with. See Editing, versions & locked sections.
  4. Publish. Put the page live on your included address, or on your own domain on a paid plan. See Publishing & private previews.
  5. Measure. Visits, outbound clicks, leads and sales are reported separately. To see sales, set up a postback.

Your included address

Every workspace can publish to an included address that looks like your-workspace.hooksites.com/your-page as soon as you’ve confirmed your email. You can switch a page to your own domain later without rebuilding it.

Languages

The AI currently writes in English. We add languages only after we’ve evaluated the copy quality, so the list is deliberately short.

Getting help

Search this help center, or email support@hooklander.com and include the page name and what you expected to happen. If something failed, the error message usually includes a reference code — send that too.
